'UniversalPerspectives emerged from a modest vision: to offer true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Romano family inaugurated our pizza shop in 1985 as a humble family-owned operation, where recipes have been passed down the lineage.
Tony Romano, our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her excursions across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. Back in the UK, her goal was to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, embracing the classic techniques and selecting premium ingredients.
From a quaint pizzeria with just twelve seats, we've become a cherished community staple, yet our standards for quality and genuineness remain steadfast. We continue to employ age-old wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and procure the most exquisite ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'UniversalPerspectives' is still within the stewardship of the Romano clan, with the new generation at the helm of our enthusiastic crew. Even though we've adopted contemporary innovations, our essence endures: crafting delectable, genuine pizza that unites folks.
